And, we'd like to recognize our male panel from FortisBC, Central Hudson, ITC, and Fortis Inc. for their insights on advancing the diversity agenda. How men and women must partner to effect change and advance an inclusive and equal workforce agenda is important to us.  Tone at the top remains key to a respectful workplace.
